Yongquan Martial Arts

The following Timeline covers events that have some relevance to the descent and lineage of the martial arts that we study up until 1976 when our chief instructor Sifu Rand began his training with Master Lam Kam Chuen. Note that a lot of the birth and death dates of masters vary based upon source as they were often passed down by word of mouth.

960 Establishment of Sung Dynasty by Chao Kuang Yin
